Applications are hereby invited from suitably
qualified candidates for admission into the Federal
University Oye-Ekiti, Pre-Degree Programme for
the 2014/2015 Academic Session.
1.0 ELIGIBILITY FOR FUOYE PRE-DEGREE
ADMISSION 2014/2015
Eligible Candidates must possess minimum of 5
Credits in SSCE/NECO at a maximum of two
sittings including English Language (for ALL
Courses), Mathematics (for Science-based and
Social Science-based Courses) and Literature-in-
English (Humanities). However, students with
deficiencies may apply, provided the deficiencies
would have been rectified before the completion of
the Pre-Degree Session.
2.0 DURATION OF THE FUOYE PREDEGREE
PROGRAMME
The programme normally runs for two (2) contact
periods both within nine (9) calendar months.
3.0 FUOYE PRE DEGREE REGISTRATION FEE
Each candidates will be required to pay Ten
Thousand Naira (NI0, 000.00) only, excluding bank
charges as Registration fee.
4.0 How To Register For Federal University Oye
Ekiti Pre degree 2014/2015
1. Visit any bank and pay through e-Transact
platform
2. You will receive a print out with receipt
number and confirmation order number.
iii. Visit Federal University website
www.fuoye.edu.ng and click on Pre-Degree link
from the homepage
1. Go to payment portal section and insert the
details received from the bank and this will
enable you access to the Application Form.
5.0 SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION
The Federal University Oye-Ekiti 2014/2015 Pre-
Degree Application will close on Monday,
29thSeptember,2014 . The date for the Entrance
Examination will be announced later.
1. Candidates are advised to ensure that their
application forms are duly and careful
completed.
2. Keep checking the website from time to time
for the actual date of the entrance
examination.
Applicants are to note that the 2014/2015 Pre-
Degree entrance examination will be computer
based.

combinations meet the requirements (as
applicable) for admission into ALL Degree
Programmes in Federal University Oye-Ekiti. Credit
passes in English Language and Mathematics are
compulsory in ‘O’ Level with three (3) other
relevant subjects.
7.0General Information Concerning FUOYE Pre-
degree Programme 2014/2015
1. Candidates are expected to note that the
examination comes up at Ifenacho lkechukwu
ICT Centre, behind United Bank of Africa
(UBA), Oye-Ekiti. Please ensure you print the
Examination Slip.
2. All candidates are required to register for
2015 UTME and score the minimum cut-off
mark during the Programme.
3. All Candidates are required to use valid e-mail
addresses and PERSONAL Telephone Numbers.
4. The forms must be filled and submitted on-
line on or before Monday, 29th September,
2014. No downloaded or printed copies of
forms will be accepted.
5. Candidates are advised to follow the
Application Instructions very carefully and
ensure they select the Correct SUBJECTS’
COMBINATION . Failure to do so may
adversely affect the Candidate.
